The Independent Wine Buyers Consortium (Vintners Consortium) is a group of 12 independent companies who co-operate in the sourcing of wines from around the world. This co-operation allows the purchase much larger volumes than they would be able to do individually and enables the price advantage to be passed on to their customers.
